Lasting Love Doesnt Happen By Accident

As a relationship, compatibility and communication strategist, I guide audiences discover the blueprint for lasting love. Teaching how self awareness and emotional intelligence create the foundation for true compatibility.

I help people understand who they are—and why they’re unstoppable.

Through my speaking engagements and workshops, I bring clarity, connection, and strategy to the heart of human relationships. I don’t just talk about change — I decode it. My talks blend psychology, personality science, and intuitive wisdom to show audiences how to transform self-awareness into magnetism, and relationships into strategy.

From corporate leadership to modern love, my message is universal:

Compatibility isn’t chemistry — it’s alignment, clarity, and design.

Below are some of my most requested keynote and workshop topics for organizations, communities, and events.

SIGNATURE KEYNOTE

Compatibility Over Chemistry

Why the Wrong Person Feels So Right — and How to Own What You Want in Love and Life

We've been taught that chemistry is a sign. It isn't. Chemistry is familiarity — and if your familiar isn't healthy, neither is the pull you're calling fate.

In this keynote, I show audiences how to tell the difference between what feels familiar and what is actually aligned, and how to rebuild the self-trust that makes choosing well possible. This is the talk that reframes everything people think they know about attraction.

Audiences leave with:

  • The ability to name their own pattern — who creates instant pull, and why

  • Criteria they can actually use, instead of a feeling they can't explain

  • A shift from auditioning to choosing

Best for: women's conferences, leadership summits, membership communities, and any room where high-achieving women are gathered.

KEYNOTES & WORKSHOPS

Know Your Familiar

The workshop that ends the pattern

Most people don't repeat relationships. They repeat a feeling. In this interactive session, participants map their own familiar in real time — the uncertainty they've mistaken for excitement, the behavior they've excused because they've seen it before — and walk out able to recognize it before they're already in it.

When you know your familiar, you stop calling it fate.

Best for: workshops, retreats, and half-day intensives. Interactive format, works from 20 to 200.

Stop Waiting to Be Chosen

Become the source

Waiting to be chosen is a posture, and it shows up everywhere — in the boardroom, in the family, in the relationship. This talk is about becoming the source of the things you've been waiting to receive: the security, the certainty, the choosing.

I don't tell women to love themselves harder. I show them what changes when they stop outsourcing the decision.

Best for: women's events, empowerment programming, keynote slots that need energy and a clear call to action.

The Alone I Was Left With, and the Alone I Built

Rebuilding after divorce, loss, and starting over

There is a difference between the alone that happens to you and the alone you choose. I know both. This is my most personal talk — the rock bottom, the rebuild, and the specific work that turned one into the other.

It's not a story about recovery. It's a blueprint for what to construct in the empty space.

Best for: divorce and transition communities, women's clubs, faith and wellness audiences, and any room that needs permission before it needs strategy.

Self-Trust, Redefined

Trust yourself first. Strategy comes second.

"Trust your gut" is terrible advice for someone whose gut has been wrong before. Self-trust isn't a feeling you summon — it's a track record you build.

In this talk I show audiences how to become someone whose confidence is supported by evidence, criteria, and choices they can stand behind. This is the foundation everything else in my work sits on.

Best for: professional women's groups, leadership development programs, and audiences who want substance over affirmation.

Don't Set Yourself on Fire to Keep Everyone Warm

Over-giving, betrayal, and the cost of abandoning yourself

The women who give the most are usually the ones with the least left. This talk names the pattern honestly — the over-functioning, the resentment nobody's allowed to mention, the betrayal that follows — and gives audiences a way out that doesn't require becoming someone colder.

Best for: caregiver-heavy audiences, healthcare and education organizations, women's networks, and burnout programming.

FOR ORGANIZATIONS

Compatibility Is a Leadership Skill

Personality science for teams, hires, and partnerships

Compatibility isn't a romantic concept. It's the reason one team ships and an identical team stalls. Drawing on the Hogan Assessment Suite and more than a decade leading coaching for physicians, executives, and nursing leaders, I show organizations how to read the wiring underneath behavior — and design around it instead of hoping for chemistry.

Audiences leave with:

  • A working understanding of how personality drives conflict and collaboration

  • Language for the derailers nobody names out loud

  • A practical model for building teams that fit

Best for: leadership offsites, executive education, HR and talent conferences, professional associations. Available as a CE/CLE-eligible session.

The Setup Inside the Setback

Why hard times are necessary, and sometimes sacred

Every meaningful reinvention starts at a point people would have paid anything to avoid. This talk reframes setback as structure — the specific mechanism by which the unknown finally becomes preferable to staying — and gives audiences a way to work with that moment instead of waiting it out.

Best for: leadership programs, resilience and change-management programming, conference opening or closing keynotes.

Boundaries as Strategy

The ABA Model: Awareness, Boundaries, Alignment

High performers rarely have a boundary problem. They have an alignment problem, and boundaries are where it surfaces. This session gives audiences my three-part model for spotting the misalignment early and correcting it before it costs them their energy, their team, or their health.

Best for: professional women's programs, corporate wellbeing initiatives, and organizations addressing burnout at the leadership level.

Bring Jena to your stage.

Every talk is tailored to the room. Tell me who's in the audience and what you need them to walk out believing, and I'll build the session around it.

Keynotes, half-day workshops, panels, and executive sessions available in person and virtually.

BECOME THE PERSON FOR YOUR PERSON

“How to Use Self-Awareness to Break Old Patterns and Build Secure, Aligned Love”

Drawing from advanced personality data, attachment theory, and her signature Four S’s Framework™ — Safe, Seen, Sought After, and Supported — she helps people understand how their inner wiring shapes their outer world.

Jena reveals how personality drives, emotional triggers, and attachment needs intersect to influence who we choose, how we love, and why we repeat the same relational patterns — until we consciously break them.
